The Minnesota Healthcare Simulation Library was developed in response to healthcare educators’ request to share and build upon existing simulation resources in Minnesota — in this way expanding resources rather than re-creating the wheel.

This means the ONLY way for the site to achieve this goal is for you — the user — to help expand its information and scenario resources.

To share a simulation, please email HFM_simulation@winona.edu. If you would like the contact information for the creator of a simulation, please email HFM_simulation@winona.edu. 

Simulations Standards recommend simulations be updated on a yearly basis. MnSHEP does not have the resources to keep the simulations up to date (last updated date is listed). If you update a simulation, please send a copy back to MnSHEP so we can update it on our website! Please use our Simulation Scenario Template as an example for how to format and submit simulations.

Simulations submitted by colleagues have not been peer reviewed, please use at your discretion. NLN-ACES simulations have been peer reviewed by NLN. The ARISE Project Simulations have also been peer reviewed through a federal grant.
