3. Clinical Portfolio

A clinical portfolio allows the nursing program to demonstrate achievement of the Student Learning Outcomes and Role Specific Competencies by providing the clinical assignments used to evaluate each Outcome. The following is an example (Caputi Model). Students arrange the clinical assignments that measure the specific competencies together with the cover page for the specific outcome.
